20 minutes north on N14/Turquoise Trail, visit this delightful ex-mining town now inhabited by charming shops, cafes, and don't miss the High Noon Saloon, a motorcycle hangout. Maybe 5 blocks long, this is a great place to stop for a walk, lunch on the way to Santa Fe.

Hiking, walking or jogging is a common past time in Cedar Crest. Lots of trails in the Sandia Mts. to explore. The Turquoise Moon is located in the 400 yr. old Canoncito area. The church at the end of the street is hundreds of years old.
