A gem of Travelers Rest. You will not regret visiting this coffee and creperie. The best crepes I have ever eaten with the friendliest staff. Not to mention it is a perfect place to take some pics.

Don't let the name fool you - they have the best salads, homemade ice cream, and breadsticks in town. They have several locations, with the Travelers Rest location being the original location (and often less busy), but I have linked the downtown location.

A Day in Sans Souci
If you want to stay in the neighborhood, simply walk down Old Buncombe Rd to Amend Market, for some local, sustainable household items. Head next door to Mike and Jeff's for some Carolina BBQ. Following, walk down a little further to Greenville Yoga to release some of that BBQ ;). Walking back to the house, use Clarendon Ave (my favorite street in Sans Souci). On the way, stop by the neighborhood garden (12 Ethelridge Dr). Finish the day by grabbing bikes and heading out on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with dinner and drinks at Hampton Station (think White Duck Taco and Birds Fly South Brewery).

Food Halls
There are several food halls in Greenville. My top two are Gather GVL (an outdoor shipping container food mall with 10+ food options) and The Commons (including Community Tap (beer and wine), Golden Brown & Delicious (scrumptions lunch or dinner option), Automatic Taco (great tacos but don't miss the brussel sprouts), The Bake Room (amazing pastries), and Methodical (some of the best coffee in Greenville)). Additionally, great Swamp Rabbit Trail Access!

Parks!
There are several amazing parks in Greenville. The newest is Unity Park which is right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail next to the Commons and Southernside Brewery. The most iconic is Falls Park, touting the beautiful Reedy River Falls and Liberty Bridge in the heart of downtown. McPherson Park offers free putt putt (BYO balls and putters), while Lake Conestee Nature Preserve has incredible Hiking Trails. Also Cleveland park has great tennis courts and access to the Trail!

The Village of West Greenville
This historic area of Greenville is in the heart of the "Textile Crescent." This neighborhood includes incredible food and drinks (Unlocked Coffee, The Village Grind, Bar Margaret, Rise Bakery, The Anchorage, and Coastal Crust just to name a few) along with a wonderful art scene. Don't miss this gem!

Outdoor Activities
Greenville is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast. Bring your bike and hop on the Swamp Rabbit Trail - from Travelers Rest, to Furman University, past Downtown Greenville all the way to Greenville Tech. Additionally, explore the parks mentioned above. There is some amazing road cycling out in Travelers Rest and Slater Marietta. Additionally visit these parks less than an hour away for great hiking: Paris Mountain State Park, Lake Conestee, Jones Gap State Park, Dupont State Park, and Pisgah National Forest.
