Bus or Car
When arriving by BUS be aware of the live notice board or live announcements for Harlow Grove, Clark Road then seconds after this stop is Ravendean Gardens. Get off, walk uphill a few metres, cross into Ravendean Gardens. Head up the rise about 200m, you will see the porch.
By CAR you go up Rullion Road. It curves left. Pass a bus stop on right, then a bus stop on left, slow, pass another bus stop on left then immediate right. Up the rise toward the house.

Use the same bank card to tap when boarding a Lothian Bus. The daily limit of £5 will save you money. Using this service is much cheaper than a tourist hop on/hop off bus.

Whisky
Malt Whisky is best tasted with a drop of water, even two or three drops. But NEVER ever with ice, or Coke. You will insult someone if you do this. They can have a strong smoke flavour. These are not recomended for your first taste. try instead Arran Barrel Reserve, woody spicy, 43% or Arran 10 year, is a rich and honeyed whisky, with notes of apples, citrus and plenty of vanilla sweetnes, 46%. Glenmorangie is my favourite. Smooth with creamy toffee, vanilla, spice and orange zest, 40%.
