You’ll find me here most Sunday mornings! With the most delicious baked goods and frozen pizzas available, it’s well worth the visit. There’s no official seating any longer, but grab a morning croissant (and a coffee from Tambourine Coffee next door) and head down to Roberts Park to soak up the Saltaire atmosphere

A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Waterside Bistro&Bar is the perfect evening meal! Overlooking the canal boats, the menu flavours are incredible - using only high quality foods. The menu can often change so I’d recommend having a look before you visit and absolutely booking a table as it’s very popular on a weekend

A 5 minute walk from the apartment, Wharf St Coffee Shop is a small independent coffee shop inside a independent creatives hub. With delicious coffee and cakes available, it’s worth a morning trip before you head out to explore the sights of Saltaire

Places to Visit

Salts Mill is a must on your visit to the World Heritage site of Saltaire. Home to the David Hockney exhibition, as well as a book shop you can get lost in, home shop you need everything from and delicious diner to grab a coffee and slice of cake - it’s worth the visit and just a short walk from the apartment.

Roberts Park is a 10/15minute walk down the canal from the Victoria Mills apartments. The park is perfect for families to enjoy on a sunny day - and includes plenty of open space for riding bikes and have a kick about with the football. There’s a play area next door, as well as cafe in the centre (The Half Moon Cafe) to grab a coffee and ice-cream from. Not far from the park is the Tramway - a great ride for kids, taking you up to The Glen. It’s not running every day but well worth a trip up if it is!
