Friends of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter (limited hours, Friday sales. Fri: 10-4, Sat: 9-1, Sun: closed) in Burgess is a really good one.
St. Stephens Episcopal Church Thrift Shop in Heathsville.
There are 3 right next to each other in Kilmarnock (Animal Welfare League, Rivah Consignments and Seconds Unlimited) that are very good.

Farm stands with fresh products
If you want fresh veggies or fruit or baked goods, they are allover the place. Closest is an Amish farm and stand on Route 3 between Farnham and Warsaw that has it all.
A local farm stand on Route 203 (Oldhams Rd) just east of SR620 (Threeway Rd) is our fave, especially for the white corn if it's in season.
