Next to the Village of Belcarra sign on Bedwell Bay road is the trailhead to the Woodhaven trail. Going up the staircase will eventually take you to Woodhaven swamp.

Another zebra crossing on Bedwell Bay road leading up a gravel slope to a staircase marks a shortcut for guests wanting to access the Woodhaven trailhead by foot. The entrance to the shortcut on the Main Ave looks almost identical to a private driveway so exploring the shortcut from Bedwell Bay road first is strongly recommended.

Always stick to officially marked hiking paths! Taking an unmarked footpath will usually lead you to trespass in someone's backyard or worse, leave you completely lost!
