Found in the 23rd and Food Carts food pod - this is the REAL deal. The have mole of every color and it is AUTHENTIC. Daily specials are awesome, as is their daily menu. If you eat there, they serve your fare on beautiful plates - just to add to their charm. A word abt all of Portland - please don't be put off by food carts, it is some of the best food in the city!
