Sightseeing

Just 45 minutes driving from the Farm you Step into Kondalilla National Park and you’ll be walking through history: the landscape you see was created by volcanoes and carved out by water over roughly 28 million years. Today, the park protects remnants of subtropical rainforest and open eucalypt forest that was once widespread across the Blackall Range. Kondalilla means ‘rushing waters’ in the local Aboriginal language – and you’ll understand why as you hear the cascading of 90m Kondalilla Falls, the star attraction of this natural paradise. This waterfall and its rainforest-clad swimming hole is a favourite of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locals.
