Wigginton is joined to Haxby village , it has a village store with hot food (breakfast & lunch rolls) and bakery items.
The Black Horse pub is in Wigginton and it has good pub grub, dog friendly and lots of outdoor space.
There is a nice duck pond with seating .
If you are there at Christmas time then you must go round to Twinpike way which turns into Twinklepike way at Christmas with decorated houses raising money for local charities.
