Dalmatia is full of historical towns and places, similar like every other Mediterranean country. Some of these towns are in 30 minutes reach by car from Split, so it's fairly easy to go on a one day adventure.
Beautiful little town 20 km south of Split situated on a crossing between river Cetina, dramatic cliffs and the sea. If you're into rafting, canyoning, kayaks, windsurfing, zip line or free climbing then this is your place. Omiš was an old pirate nest in middle eves so town have some nice fortresses to explore.
