Boats boats boats! Only a 1 hour walk to the marina via the old Brunel railway path, it's a nice walk easy walk with plenty of wildlife. The Bar is very relaxing for a lunch or evening meal, then the daytime cafe serves mouthwatering cakes!

You’ll surely go to Tenby, and this is the best cafe by far. Grab a crab sandwich and an ice cream after!

Sightseeing

Great pub and cafe, this is a scenic seaside spot that's not as busy as the South Pembrokeshire beaches. Only a windy-road 30 minute drive away

Whole day or evening beaching

The popular beaches have outrageously priced car parks, so don't call in for an hour; for instance Whitesands has a £5 flat rate charge, but they do have a cafe and the best ice cream shack in the county- so bring all the gear and spend the entire day there. Then the National Park car parks like Broad Haven are free after 7pm, so go for a evening stroll for freeeee :)

Not-so back of beyond

If some of you have to arrive using public transport, we do actually have transport links! Johnston is a 5 minute drive has bus stop and train station. The train is on the Manchester - Milford Haven line that stops in Cardiff to change for London, etc. Then there's a National Express bus stop that's served by the Haverfordwest - Cardiff - Bristol - Reading -London 508 service. Also there's a local bus stop in Johnston that joins up the rest of the county. I'm a traveller to/from and around Pembs so if you need advice, just ask.

Coastal buses

If you're walking the coastal path, be sure to check the local coastal bus timetable. You can park at one end, walk the coastal path and get the bus back to your car. Awesome! https://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/bus-routes-and-timetables/bus-routes-list-coastal-buses
