Service is generally relaxed and not rushed on Bonaire. If you are in a hurry be sure to let your server know. If you do not ask for your check at the end of the meal it often won’t be brought to you! Tipping is appreciated in cash due to high credit card fees.

Every person who makes use of the ocean is required to pay a Nature Fee to Stinapa our Marine Park Authority, the cost of the fee helps support their work in conserving and protecting our reefs.
Since 2019, everyone must pay their fees, in advance on line at : https://stinapa.bonairenaturefee.org/. You can print the receipt and present it as a proof of payment.
