New York style bagels are pretty hard to come by in Arizona!! This place is so close to the house, but we’d happily drive an hour for these! Get there early when they are hot and fresh!! I love the Salt bagels, my husband loves the Everything ones! Enjoy!

I know there are pizza places everywhere, but Barros does a great job and uses high quality cheese from Wisconsin! You can dine in or carry out. They also have great wings and a salad bar too!

This is an excellent place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It’s on the golf course in Verrado, about 10 minutes from the house. It’s beautiful inside the bar area, or sitting outside offers spectacular views. We eat here often.

This place is in Verrado, a 10-15 minute drive away. It’s one of the highest points in the area for eating. A great bar and really good food with stunning views! On a clear night you can see downtown Phoenix and the Airport from the viewing platform
