This is community consists of either retired couples or weekend people. Most homes are at least 30 years old. It is very quiet in the fall and winter and usually is the busiest on Independence Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Deer freely roam throughout the neighborhood. Some residents leave corn for them. The deer can become a nuisance because they will eat all types of vegetation in your yard.
There are several neighborhood parks that can be used by residents and guests. Most parks have a sign that states that car decals are required on your vehicle to utilize them. This has not been enforced in many years. The only time this might be an issue would be on holiday weekends in the summer.
