See the ruins of "The Old Man on the Mountain", view waterfalls, kayak Echo Lake, and maybe even take a hike on the Appalachian Trail where it passes through. Cannon Mountain has a ski resort during the winter, and the tram still operates during the summer if you want to check out the view. One hour directly North on I-93.

Cannon Mountain has a ski resort during the winter, and the tram still operates during the summer if you want to check out the view. One hour directly North on I-93.

This is a heavily trafficked trail, so if you're expecting solitude I would recommend one of the other Belknap Mountains, like Rowe.
