Parks & Nature
This park built by the same designer as Central Park- Fred Law Olmsted. He felt that His Prospect Park design was his crowning achievement. It is beautiful, lots to do, boating or fishing on the lake, listening to drummer circles, concerts at the bandshell, explore fountains, ponds, trails. You can even rent horses and go riding in the park!

Head straight down the Q train to explore Brooklyn's "little Odessa", wonderful Russian food, Turkish food, swim at the beach or walk the boardwalk. a wonderful place all 4 seasons. In Winter come warm up in the Tropical Room or Desert Room! Hopefully your visit will be during one of the Festivals at the Garden. Good eats too!
