Mel teaches Yoga at Om, Cashew Hill which has a stunning outdoor deck with mesmerising views of the jungle and whole coast line. The class is open to everyone of all abilities and will leave you relaxed and energised, a great treat for your body after travelling. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Cabin and there is a great natural and healthy cafe serving vegetarian, vegan and gluten free superfoods, smoothies and cakes open until 1pm.
