Great place for rotating local beers on tap (and in the can) and also amazing cocktails. We've never had a bad meal here and go almost weekly!!

A quaint town with shops, seafood and an extremely beautiful little harbor. Parts of the movie The Proposal (with Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock) were filmed here.
One of several little towns (along with Gloucester, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Ipswich) to stop in on the Essex Scenic Byway and in the "Cape Ann" area of MA.

Check a few states off of you "I've been there" list by just driving 40 minutes North on I-95 to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Great shops, great restaurants and home to the Strawberry Banke Museum; it's like a small Boston.
