Melissi House is a beautiful stone built house converted into two apartments with private pool in Psematismenos village. Here you can enjoy the panoramic view of the village from the covered patio, relax on the sunbeds with a good book or take a quick dip in the pool. The beach is also just a 3 minute drive away. Additionally you may want to visit the nearby Zygi fishing village, known for its fantastic traditional taverns, or explore Limassol and Larnaca towns (15 min drive).

The apartment is a renovated section traditional Cypriot stone-built house, meticulously restored and furnished with comfort in mind. The village is centrally located on the island, allowing easy access to the whole of Cyprus within a relatively short drive. The sandy beach and white rocks of "Governors Beach” is just 10 minutes away and Lemesos town can be reached in 15 minutes. It offers an ideal base to relax and enjoy the peaceful village surroundings in combination with day trips to the nearby towns, beaches, archeological sites, monasteries etc. Additionally we offer our in-house bike station where you will have access to mountain, road and E-bikes from our offices in Tochni (10 minutes away). Guided tours are also available here, and a free e-bike ride is offered with every booking of 3+ days!
Included in the price is twice-a-week cleaning service and air conditioning.

My passion is renovating old houses. In 1987 I began restoring my neglected family owned house and following the completion I then started to restore several abandoned family houses in the village in an effort to revive the rural community and preserve the traditional houses of bygone days. My concept was to provide comfort without sacrificing their original, rustic character. Today all my properties have been converted into traditional holiday Agrotourism apartments and are all licensed by the Cyprus Tourism Organization.

I will be available to you every morning to assist you with any questions you have and can offer you tips and advise on how to discover the most beautiful places in Cyprus, and possibly also personally guide some tours if my schedule allows it.
I can help you organise sailing and fishing trips with locals to explore the islands sea side. You can be part of the rural activities of the area by attending cooking lessons for traditional Cypriot food, attend olive oil and wine making sessions, visit orange tree plantations where you can pick your own oranges and other fresh fruit, and visit local artists, as well as my own personal gallery since I am also a hobby artist.
If you enjoy cycling i can offer you road/mountain bikes for renting and suggest the best routes to explore the surrounding area.
