If you’d like to walk after long hours of driving, to have good sleeps after hours of hard work, a secluded getaway, to have a time for bird or native plants observation, to boost your immune system or simply have a relaxing time to read a book, this is the place for you!

Includes a private walking trail, a grill and fire pit area. It is only 10 minutes from I-95, 20 from downtown Fayetteville, and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station/convenience stores, and takeout food.

This is a compact studio with all you need. In addition to the mentioned amenities it has good storage; a comfortable dining table that can be used as office desk; and a cozy chair that doubles as lounge where you can enjoy a sunny window.

The studio has a semi-private patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. It is sunny in winter and shady in summer.

You have also access to the Mediterranean court for grilling, dining and enjoying the sound of water or the fire pit. This is a shared space with us and other guests. Please let us know before using it.

The studio has access to a 8 acres of private forest with a 2/3-mile loop trail to enjoy the native wood land of the Sandhills or to make your daily walk in nature.

The property has chickens and waterfowl, a greenhouse, and gardens with a combination of flowers (attractive to the pollinators), native plants, fruits and herbs, predominant in the warm months.

As one of our sustainable practices, the bathroom has an electrical, waterless toilet, the Villa model by Separett.

A free weekly load of laundry is available for longer-stay guests.
