The KEITO apartment is located in the safe and quiet residential area of Keito, Noord at only 5 minutes drive from Aruba's beautiful beaches and the Palm Beach hotel strip, Paseo Herencia Mall, Palm Beach Plaza Mall, the Ritz Carlton, Marriott and many of Aruba's best restaurants & nightclubs. Aruba's largest supermarket, Super Food is also a 5 minutes drive. It is recommended to rent a car to discover all the adventures Aruba has to offer. Price excludes all taxes mandatory by the government

The new 2-bedroom apartment is like a small home away from home and is the perfect accommodation for a family or friends group of four, business travelers, or couples. The homey apartment features a private entrance, two bedrooms with king beds, a cozy living room area and a private dining room, a full-size bathroom with hot water, an outdoor lounge area around the BBQ grill perfect for a nice cook-out under the stars, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare your own meals at home. Guests are also supplied with beach chairs and a beach cooler to take for your trip to the beach which is only a 5-10 minutes drive.

For your peace of mind we have equipped the apartment with an in-room safe to store your valuables in as well.

Guests have access to a washer and dryer as well to use free of charge.
Additionally, we supply guests with an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Keito is a safe and high-end residential area that is close to the beach and entertainment but still a relaxing environment away from all of the chaos. Buccaneer Restaurant, one of Aruba's traditional seafood locations is located at the beginning of the street and also Papiamento Restaurant, rated one of Aruba's top dining locations is at the other end of the street from the apartment.

My name is Roxanne and I started hosting in late 2019. Together with my husband, we own various properties and I decided to open these up for rental. My husband owns a construction company and an upholstery company, so it was easy to covert houses, fixer-uppers, and more into vacation rental properties, as we do everything in-house ourselves. From building kitchen cabinets, pools, making our own mattresses, and having the right employee for the right job such as maintenance, plumbing, and more, we knew we had all the tools in hand, and in-house, to provide an excellent service to our Guests, in case needed. From hereon I opened up my own property management Summer Sky.

It is a growing baby of mine.

As we grew rapidly, I decided to join forces with my best friend Bettina, owner of her own property E Cas di Zoe, who has extensive years of experience in the hospitality world and managing properties. Bettina brings over 30 years of experience to the table. And together we form the happy duo of Summer Sky Property Management.

Our vision is to grow sustainably, within our own grasp, providing the most excellent courteous service to our guests. Our mission is to become the most reliable, trustworthy Property Management in Aruba.

We recently just opened up our own in-house Laundry, but we could do laundry as well for our Guests for a small fee. We also open up our Coffee Corner for that early morning coffee, all with our Guests in mind. Both are located at Bushiri 33.
