The Bohemian Townhouse is a fully-renovated traditional Skiathos home, mixing timeless island elegance with new-age boho elements and a minimalistic vibe. The property features 2 separate floors rented separately, [I] & [II] each listing with its very own independent studio with a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

The upper-floor studio [I] is approx. 35 square meters featuring a queen-size bed with brand new mattresses, a sofa bed that can convert into a comfy double bed (1,40m) if needed, a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and tableware items, a fireplace, a balcony, and a private spacious bathroom with a washing machine and basic cleaning products. Free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs with a Netflix subscription are included.
