I'm a graduate of Waseda University and working for an IT company in Shinjuku area.
I do understand Chinese since I spent a few years in China. My Chinese skill is not good enough though:(
Japanese, English and Chinese are available so don't hesitate to contact me!

I own some apartments in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro area, each one located within walking distance from stations. I warmly welcome from a single traveler to a big family!!
I take all the feedback seriously and trying to improve my services step by step, day by day.
After each feedback, I go and have a look at each room and consider what makes it more comfortable for all the guests.
If my guest doesn't like the curtain, if the bed creaks, if the carpet has a stain, I replace them right away.
This looks pretty usual for you, the guests but I do know not every host does this.
I'm starting from the smallest thing to be a better host.
So feel free to let me know ANYTHING on your mind.
