This unit has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind and is the perfect setup for two couples traveling together, a girls’ weekend getaway, or Baylor parents visiting their Baylor bear(s). Tucked away in the Baylor bubble, it is within walking distance to Baylor University and only 2.1 miles (6 mins) to Magnolia Market at the Silos, 1.3 miles (4 mins) to Magnolia Table, and 2 miles (7 mins) to downtown by car. Centrally located with easy access to IH-35 and just about anything Waco!

As you enter, you will be greeted by an inviting electric fireplace, 70" wall-mounted Smart TV (so you can log into your Hulu & Netflix accounts) with cable, and a full kitchen complete with Keurig, stainless steel appliances, spices, and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal (food not included).

The two bedrooms are adjoined by a Jack & Jill style bathroom which boasts a walk-in shower with dual his & hers shower heads with thermostatic controls and shiplap! Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed outfitted with 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, plenty of closet space to hang your clothes, and a separate sink vanity area (one in each bedroom) stocked with lots of fluffy towels and amenities where you can get ready for the day.

This Airbnb is located in the "Baylor bubble", a safe area in close proximity to Baylor University and its beloved coffee shop, Common Grounds...if you love coffee and have never been, this is a must for you! In the evenings Common Grounds usually hosts live music entertainment. If ice cream is more your thing, Heritage Creamery (seen on Fixer Upper) is literally right next door to Common Grounds. Another favorite that's popular among Baylor students is Shorty's Pizza Shack. If outdoor open air bars are more your style, check out Freight Icehouse and Yardbar, Route 77 Foodtruck Park and Bar, and Brew and Chew, just a stone’s throw away. Council Acres Park is just a block away and has a walking path, exercise stations, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground.

There are plenty of great spots to check out on Baylor University's campus, including Pat Neff Hall and the Ring of Honor (stand on the star in the middle and say something out loud), the famous Armstrong Browning Library that inspired the library in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and Fountain Mall.
