Empezaremos a las 8.00h am , en primer lugar daremos la bienvenida y nos dirigiremos a los corrales para desplazar las cabras desde ahí hasta la sala de ordeño, una vez aquí les daremos de comer y empezaremos la tarea del ordeño con el fin de obtener la leche necesaria para realizar el queso.Seguidamente llevamos la leche a la sala de elaboración del queso y le añadimos el cuajo, en lo que el cuajo fermenta (45min aproximadamente) nos dará tiempo a degustar los diferentes tipos de queso y productos típicos de la isla que hacemos en la granja. una vez fermentada la leche procedemos a la elaboración del queso, que consisitirá en un queso de paño, el cual se envasará al vacío para que se lo puedan llevar.

We will meet directly on the take off site which you can reach after a short hike (5-10min). There, I will assess the flying conditions and go over a short safety briefing with you. We will put the helmets and the harnesses on and I will prepare the paraglider and check the equipment. Once ready, I will hook you in and we will take a couple of steps to take off. In flight, you will be comfortably seated in your harness in front of me, while we glide smoothly and silently through the air over the breathtaking landscapes of Lanzarote. After up to 20min of flight, we will descend and land softly in the sand. Paragliding is a very meditative and personal experience: separated from your shadow that sticks to the ground far down below, you can have a different perspective onto the surroundings and yourself. You will receive by email in the evening a link to download the photos and videos I took during the flight. Paragliding depends on the weather and the local wind conditions. It can happen that we have to wait a bit or change the start location. Therefore, please always schedule some time and book a few days in advance so that we can choose the best opportunity.

This is an outdoor yoga class on a public beach. We can't control the weather or any distractions on the beach around us. Experience the sunset over the island and surrounding volcanos from a remote volcano top and then stargaze from the inside of the volcano crater - unique and unforgettable experience! As well you will find and track stars and planets in the sky + learn a bit more about stargazing. From the meeting point, you will have to drive your cars to a remote volcano in the area. The last leg of the drive will be a dirt track uphill leading to the parking lot. Parked on a volcano we will start with a ~800m hike on a track to reach the summit of a volcano (as it is impossible to drive all the way we will park cars midway). From the top, you will experience the end of the sunset over the island and be able to see over the island and the ocean. After the sunset, we will start walking down from the peak and walk inside the volcano crater where it is completely dark to spend some time looking at the stars and star constellations in the sky. We will have an amazing 360 view on the stars with no visible light from surroundings and almost 0 light pollution. During the experience, we will take a look at stars and to the moon (when it will be visible), I will show some sky objects and explain what you can see with a naked eye, what you can't see and why. As well - show you how you can super easily find and track stars, planets and other objects in the sky using a cool app. Other things to note Please have some warm clothes with you as nights are cold and it is very windy at the top of the volcano. Aprender a hacer surf, un deporte maravilloso en una playa maravillosa. Sentir el deslizamiento de la tabla en el agua cristalina de Lanzarote y bajo la mirada atenta de nuestro monitor de surf, que con muchos años de experiencia, está esperando vuestra llegada para disfrutar de esta experiencia espectacular. No es necesario tener experiencia en el mundillo, solo ganas de aprender algo nuevo

Hallo ich bin der Max und arbeite seit 8 Jahren als Surflehrer in Fuerteventura, gerne möchte ich dich zu einem Individual Surfcoaching (ISA lizensiert) einladen. Unter Berücksichtigung deines Levels im Surfen (Anfänger oder Fortgeschritten) und Kenntnisstand erlebst du mit mir eine Surf-Session die gänzlich auf dein Können ausgerichtet ist. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf den Säulen: Theorie, Funktionales Training, Praxis, Sicherheit, Bewegungs-/Video- Analyse. Bei einem telefonischen Austausch lernen wir uns kurz kennen und vereinbaren daraufhin einen Treffpunkt. Anschließend fahren wir gemeinsam zum Surfspot. Dort findet eine Revier-Einweisung sowie der Theoretische Unterricht statt bevor wir uns ins Wasser begeben. Zum Ende der Session lassen wir den Surf revue passieren, widmen uns der Fehler Analyse und schauen uns in gemütlicher Atmosphäre etwaige Videoaufnahmen von dir an, um deine Fehler besser zu verstehen Surfunterricht in großen Gruppen und gemischten Könnensstufen gibt es gänzlich und diese machen einen grossen Teil des sogenannten "Surfbusiness" aus. Ich biete hier eine echte Alternative zur Massenabfertigung die dem Teilnehmer eine sichere Surferfahrung ermöglicht, welche den Horizont erweitert, dabei hilft Fehler zu verbessern, neue Techniken zu erlernen und die nötige Wissensgrundlage bereitstellt, um mit Selbstvertrauen das Surfen zu genießen!

You'll discover sea kayaking and the beauty of the Southern coast of Fuerteventura. I will lead you along rocks and cliffs that offer exquisite views. Then we will pass wild beaches and reach el Puertito bay, where we will stop for snorkeling. It's the best place on the island to see marine life. Scuba diving schools of all parts of Fuerteventura come here as it's a truely special place. Don't worry if you don't have a snorkeling kit with you, I will prepare it for you and when we reach el Puertito you jump into the crystally transparent water and i will guide you around this fantastic place. Rocky bottom of el Puertito became home to many species of fish and animals. Observing their life from the surface will stay in your memory for long. It's a special experience to watch the nature how it is. You will be a guest in the sea, a guest who will discover how rich and unrepeatable the underwater world is. When we return to the school after 2 hours spent in the water, I will show you the pictures of the tour so you can live those great moments again. If you wish to buy the pictures, please let me know. From colorful tropical fish to majestic rays, the underwater world is full of wonders that will leave you breathless (figuratively and literally). During the dive, an experienced SSI instructor will be by your side, ensuring your safety and guiding you through the experience. We'll also take photos and videos during the dive so that you can relive the adventure and share it with your friends and family. After the dive, we'll return to the shore where you'll have a chance to debrief and reflect on the incredible experience. The entire SSI try dive experience lasts about 2.5 hours.
