Vida e Caffe is a centrally based coffee shop in nearby Camps Bay. They have a great selection of coffee, in various sizes, both to go or to enjoy at the cafe. They also offer some rather tasty muffins (be sure to try the cheesy quattro muffin if you're feeling peckish!), cakes and other baked goods, along with soft drinks. The vibe is low-key and casual - great for a morning shot of java or an afternoon pick me up. After your coffee, you can easily head to Camps Bay beach or take a stroll on Victoria Road.

Vida e caffè is great for coffee and ideal if you are looking for a quicker and less hassled breakfast option. Their sandwiches and sweeter options are delicious. Popular amongst the early risers that go for a swim in the ocean and the cyclists. My favorite order is a flat white coffee and a long pretzel sandwich with cheese, tomato, and ham. Ask them to toast it for you. Yum!

If you find yourself doing an early beach walk/run/outing with the kids.. there's a Vida along Victoria road which opens super early too! Its a local favourite for cyclists too... there's always activity Good for that quick cup of coffee, small snack and people watching ;)
