The neighborhood of Seaview is just down the road from our center about 0.7 miles and has a park at the start of their residential housing area referred to locally as the Seaview Lawn. This is collectively owned by residents and association members, and people can often be found relaxing on the grass, picnicing and staring at the ocean across the way. This park often draws a crowd on Sundays with drum circles, live music, circus arts, dancing, and flow arts like fire spinning taking place in the afternoon until sundown.
