I love driving to Sunny isles and seeing all the beautiful buildings. Love to swim in Sunny isles I find it just a bit more cleaner then any beaches.

Great beach with a cool fun boardwalk restaurant. Beach is not as full as South Beach and closer to the Airbnb,

Pretty beach and there’s a bar/restaurant/pier to hang out at. Left on Biscayne, right on 163rd St and cross the bridge, and when you get to Sunny Isles just go straight towards the ocean. May be hard to find parking though. At certain times in the afternoon the high-rise buildings may cast shade onto the beach so plan accordingly if you want to tan :)
