Bayside American Cafe is Ned's go-to brunch spot. In my opinion, it is the quintessential brunch spot in Portland. High-end and delicious food.

If you can get a reservation here, this is one of the best places to dine-in for breakfast/brunch. Cinnamon roll pancakes, homemade corned beef hash, huevos rancheros, there is literally something for everyone. Plus allll the boozy brunch drinks.
