El Torito has great food in spite of being a chain restaurant, and really beautiful ocean views. If you're visiting Cannery Row, it's a great choice.

It's a chain restaurant with adequate Mexican food. Nothing too special. BUT...the views are really nice. We have watched otters, sea lions, and birds from this location. Good for families.
