An amazing apple orchard in the fall, cherry blossom field in the spring and all around great cider and craft beer barn. The barn is beautiful and there are also fire pits outside and picnic tables. They alternate food trucks on the weekends. Their website has a schedule for you to check and see what will be there. Either way, go for a little walk and drink. You’ll love it!

Pick up a bottle or a glass of cider and roam the rolling hills of the orchard.

Located in Red Hook, NY, Rose Hill Farm is a historic family-owned Pick Your Own fruit orchard established in 1798. We grow cherries, blueberries, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines and apples on over 100 acres of picturesque farmland. We embrace holistic, bio-intensive growing practices that focus on plant and soil health. Whether a tradition or a first-time visit, we look forward to sharing our beautiful and peaceful slice of the Hudson Valley. As of 2016 the farm is under new ownership, please visit soon as we'd love to meet you! History Established in 1798. Peter Fraleigh purchased this land in 1798 and established Rose Hill Farm in 1812. Six generations proceeded him and in 2001, the New York State Agricultural Society honored Rose Hill Farm and then owners Dave and Karen Fraleigh, as the only fruit orchard among the state's ten Bicentennial Family Farms. Two decades ago, Dave and Karen Fraleigh listened to their customers' requests to pick their own apples and recognized their yearning to reconnect with the land. They subsequently transitioned the farm from a wholesale apple orchard to a Pick Your Own model and expanded the crops to include cherries, blueberries, plums, apricots, nectarines, peaches, apples, and pumpkins. In 2015, Bruce and Holly Brittain purchased Rose Hill Farm and subsequently created a partnership with their uncle, Chris Belardi. Our shared vision is to grow the family friendly Pick Your Own orchard, be effective stewards of the land and preserve the natural beauty of the Hudson Valley.

If this season is right for apple or other fruit picking (check their website), this is truly the best spot in the area. They have a really nice tap room and food trucks as well.
