When the trails get wet slippery and soggy in Santa Cruz from too much rain we head to the sand trails in Marina. Beautiful wildflowers in the springtime. Super fun

If you like to hike or are up for a scenic walk. This is our local gem. Many people from the Bay Area drive hours to come to Ford Ord National Monument to explore its many hiking and mountain bike trails. I personally am out there nearly every Saturday morning hitting the bike trails.
