This restaurant will change your feelings about cold soup forever. While I think that chilled soups are a great way to cool down in summer, Koreans believe they’re also a temperature-regulator over winter months. The other must-try here is the mandoo, or Korean dumplings, which come stuffed with kimchi and minced pork. I love the spicy version of the cold soup, served with kimchi. The noodles are submerged in a vibrant red, icy broth and are topped with boiled egg, spicy gochujang (chilli sauce) and a big heap of housemade kimchi for extra burn.
