After you're done at Stanley Park, drive over the Lions Gate Bridge over to West Vancouver to check out Vancouver's north shore. A lush geographical area that exemplifies one of the reasons people come to travel or settle in Vancouver. The suspension bridge crosses the first narrows of Burrard Inlet, and the view is just beautiful on a sunny day. The term "Lions Gate" refers to The Lions, a pair of mountain peaks north of Vancouver.
