Josie's is without a doubt my favorite coffee shop not only in Saugerties but in the Hudson Valley - the owner Vanessa is one of my best friends and knows how to make the best lattes around. The food is fresh & awesome for breakfast or lunch, she's got an adorable pup named Leo who's usually hanging around and the staff are all awesome and the vibes are immaculate if you're looking for a cozy upstate coffee shop!

Sip coffee sitting outside on Partition Street while enjoying wonderful coffee, pastries, sandwiches and more. Also, really cute shop and nicely decorated. Leo is their onsite dog.
