We use rigid SUP boards, stable and professionals equipments, not the poor quality inflatables, if it’s your first time on a Stand up Paddle and you are willing to have a total summery experience, this is the right one for you! From there, depending on the wind and on the weather conditions, we will go around the famous Ortigia island or straight to the caves. Ortigia is one of the most characteristic islands of the Sicilian East Coast and you can have an amazing view over the entire ancient harbor and castle of Siracusa from the sea! I exceptionally decided to give you an option: If the day is good for waves, we can transform our SUP experience into a surfing one, going to the closest surfing spot - it's up to you! We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic farm in Sicily, surrounded by Citrus, Almonds and Olive trees. Enjoy a day of nature, incredible views, friendly people, great food and wine! Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our citrus gardens and olive grove. We'll visit the gardens to gather some ingredients for our lunch, and then enjoy a fresh meal prepared by Annarella. You'll find out how traditional Sicilian cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, oranges, lemons, etc.. During lunch (or dinner in summer when it is too hot for lunch) we will taste our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, a tasting of our red wine Nero d'Avola or a white Wine Inzolia to finish with our Limoncello handmade of course. We will bike around the East Coast of Sicily, where the ancient Greeks used to live here centuries and centuries ago! This is the main reason why this area is called "Magna Grecia", that is to say, the Italian colonies of ancient Greece. If you like outdoor sports and you want to experience the perfect weather in Sicily, come and ride! During this half-day experience, we will see together hidden gems of the area, such as a greek temple, abandoned fields, amazing beaches. (We Can arrange different hours, ask please) the ride is approximately 3 hours long, but don't be afraid of your biking level, we don't push too hard :-) Other things to note This experience depends on the weather conditions. If it rains heavily or if it is too windy, the experience could be canceled.

We will cruise the waters of Siracusa enjoying the sights of Ortigia on board of my Tahiti Ketch, a 30 feet classic sailboat designed in U.S.A. in 1922. According to the weather conditions we will lead to the Marine Protected Area of Plemmirio where we will stop for swimming, sorrounded by nature. We sometime meet dolphins and other sea creatures in this area. While we will be sailing I would like you to help me trying your hand at ruddering Fiesta and trimming the sails with me, as part of the crew. Then we will celebrate the sunset with a nice aperitif in the bay, having a delicious tasting of food and wines made by local farmers and producers. That is the best way to enjoy our sunset. Be aware the route might be changed according to the weather conditions. Other things to note This experience is for everyone and it is an easy way to relax and, at the same time, live the sea for a day. This is also an environmentally friendly sea experience.

On our 2.5 hours Street Food Tour you'll see the highlights of the historic center of Siracusa, living the island as a local and taste lots of local specialties. The tour always have vegetarian options! See some of the main sights of the city, including Via Cavour, the Jewish Quarter, the Local Market, and more. While you stroll around the beating heart of Siracusa I’ll take you to taste the famous Arancino, a traditional rice ball with ragú (bolognese sauce) that will tickle your taste buds. Savor mouthwatering Panino, stop by one of Italian most famous mozzarella maker, to taste the traditional cheeses and the best panino you will have in your life. As part of our 4th stops, taste the real Sicilian “cannolo” (with ricotta cheese). It just tastes like heaven! Ci ritroveremo presso l’infopoint Syracuse Excursion e da lì saliremo in barca.partendo dallo spettacolare canale di ortigia andremo a visitare l’intera costa di Siracusa da nord a sud. Le belle paesaggistiche e storiche vi lasceranno senza fiato. Cullati dalla barca e dal profumo del mare ci addentreremo tra le rocciose coste della parte nord e sud della costa di Siracusa. Immancabile ovviamente la sosta per fare un bagno nelle cristalline acque.

Costeggeremo l’isola di Ortigia ammirando il Duomo,la chiesa si Santa Lucia , Palazzo Veneziano, Ponte Umberto I, porto piccolo, ex carcere Borbonico, Mura Spagnole, Lungomare di Levante, Forte Vigliera, Castello Maniace, la Fonte Aretusa, il Lungomare Alfeo e la Porta Marina. Si proseguirà alla scoperta delle grotte marine. Entreremo in questi anfratti della costa per ammirare stalattiti, stalagmiti, fiori corallini e tante forme originali frutto dell’estro creativo della natura. Infine, faremo una piccola sosta per un tuffo.

We are going to visit, walk and enyiong, Cava Grande canyon, with the chance, if you are up to, of swimming in Cassibile River. We are going to access the canyon, walking by an old concealed mule path, used by shepards in the past time to get to the bottom of the gorge, or using some secondary trails taking into the canyon We are going to do it respecting the "path" itself, the environment around us, and the natural places we are visiting, trying to have the less impact possible, caused by our presence. I invite you to practice the “zen karma circle” and possibly to take away any little rubbish when we can. My choice to make guide only few people. Not because this tour is fancy, posh, luxury or exclusive, but simple because I care to be in the nature, trying to be less intrusive as possible. We will walk and chill out and share good stories, and celebrate nature. The trip by car to get to our location will last around 30/50 minutes from Siracusa. The walk is easy and undemanding. The time to come back to town can vary and it's only indicative.

L'esperienza si svolgerà all'interno del monumentale Parco archeologico della Neapolis di Siracusa, grandioso sito Patrimonio dell'Umanità che contiene le più importanti testimonianze classiche, greche e romane di questa millenaria città. In particolare la passeggiata snocciolerà il meraviglioso Teatro greco , la lussureggiante "Latomia del Paradiso" , il leggendario e sorprendente "Orecchio di Dionisio", il magnifico Altare sacrificale di Ierone 2°, l'Anfiteatro romano. Quindi dopo aver "assaporato" la storia , ci trasferiremo in un vicino e famoso artigiano pasticcere locale per terminare il tour con una "dolcezza" e prelibatezza tutta siciliana: i cannoli alla ricotta; preparati come vuole la tradizione. Un rito e un mito tutto siculo. Altre cose da tenere a mente Si consigliano scarpe comode e Cappelli- I ticket di ingresso al Parco archeologico non sono inclusi nel prezzo qui indicato.

Questa esperienza è rivolta a coloro che preferiscono tour non troppo impegnativi fisicamente e gustare quanto di buone offre il territorio etneo. Trascorreremo una giornata sul vulcano attivo più alto d'Europa. Conosceremo i suoi aspetti naturalistici e folkloristici e assaggeremo alcuni dei suoi peculiari prodotti gastronomici. Dopo esserci incontrati presso il punto di incontro a Siracusa ci dirigeremo verso il rifugio Sapienza, qui faremo una breve sosta prima di iniziare l'escursione Cammineremo per circa 1,5/2 ore sul bordo di crateri laterali ormai spenti fino a una quota massima di circa 2000m dove godremo di una vista mozzafiato e conosceremo le peculiarità naturalistiche del vulcano Etna La seconda tappa sarà la visita di una suggestiva grotta vulcanica, entreremo all'interno di un caratteristico tunnel lavico formato dallo scorrere di lave fluide La terza ed ultima tappa sarà una degustazione di sfiziosi prodotti tipici siciliani presso una azienda locale con un elegante stile etneo Gruppo minimo 2 persone
