Take the gondola and have dinner at the restaurant at the top of the mountain (amazing Vancouver views); go snow shoeing, ice skating or skiing (can rent snow shoes and skates at top of mountain); or, in the summer do the Grouse Grind - a hike from the base of the mountain to the top.
