This would be my main pick for tourists if I had to pick just one.... Take the gondola up the mountain to be able to see the beautiful view of the city! There are restaurants with a view, hiking trails, wildlife (including my favourites the bears), demonstrations, and a movie. There is really something for everyone there!

Sightseeing
Another great sightseeing location! Learn some of the history of North Vancouver while being amongst some of the most beautiful forested scenary! There is a much bigger suspension bridge and "cliff walks" where you are able to get a good view of the Capilano River. There is also a new restaurant that looks very good (haven't tried it yet but want to)

Having grown up in North Van this has been my "go-to" mall. It really has all of the essentials included in a "2-sided" mall that includes a North and South side with outdoor stores as well.

Park Royal
Having grown up in North Van this has been my "go-to" mall. It really has all of the essentials included in a "2-sided" mall that includes a North and South side with outdoor stores as well.
This is a great place to pick up anything from souvenirs to fresh foods or just to take in the views of the ocean. There is also a tourist center there for any questions that you may have.

This is just a bigger version of Park Royal in my opinion but if you make the trip downtown it may be worth a visit.
