Where to kayak, paddle board or walk the dog
Why drive when you can kayak to Moss Landing for lunch? Take the kayaks down the hill and launch them from Kirby park. If you are lucky enough to have paddle boards, the water here is very calm and the views are spectacular.
If you decide to walk along the one mile paved trail at the shore you will likely see harbor seals, otters, snowy white egrets, blue herons and pelicans hunting or napping. This trail is wheelchair assessable.

Martin makes a different tasty soup everyday that he often wants you to "just taste." The plates of food he serves are combinations of smoked potatoes, dry rub sausages, chicken, ribs, and tri-tip. He tosses in a big hunk of french bread and whatever else he has on hand. This is a cash only place and he does not sauce the meat. He only stays open until he runs out of food.
