I recommend to buy a Ten+ Wallet card in advance (at a vending machine at the airport or in some authorized outlets in town).

Taxi from the Airport to home
Official taxi are easy to find at the airport taxi station.
The transfer from the Tenerife South Airport to home takes around 15 minutes and would cost around 15 euros.
If you have big luggage and need to use a big taxi van, the taxi driver may charge 5 extra euros.
The direction is "El Medano, Residencia Los Martines, Avenida Mar Adriatico 2. Esta a delante del Hotel Arenas Del Mar".
From the Tenerife North Airport, it would cost around 80-90 euros and needs almost 50-60min.
