Sunny Isles Beach has many beautiful green places for recreation. An oceanfront park is home to beach yoga and live music, while Heritage Park is a 4-acre recreation area with two playgrounds, a stage for music and concerts, a water play area, a dog park, and a large open lawn. Gateway Park features a setting for live concerts every month, a modern playground for kids, a fun water feature, and a spacious open green space. The Town Center Park includes a playground, fitness trail, and gazebo, and much of the area is a state-protected wetland.

Sunny Isles Beach is lined by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west, with an archipelago of small residential islands in between. It’s connected to Miami’s mainland by the William Lehman Causeway and the Northeast 163rd Street Bridge. Getting around is easy. Public buses stop nearby the property, and Uber and Lyft are very inexpensive and most preferred methods of traveling around the city. Sunny Isles Beach provides a free Community Shuttle Service 7 days per week. You may even download SIBshuttle mobile app or visit www.sibfl.net/sibshuttle for more information.
