Who doesn’t love Walmart! What’s great about this one is that it is never overly crowded, parking is easy and it’s only about 15 minutes away. So don’t fret if you accidentally left something behind, Walmart’s got you covered!

Certified Organic farmstand just 10 minutes away from us. Their produce is oh so fresh and oh so delicious. They sell other local goodies like maple syrup, bread, coffee, jams etc. Never too crowded, always so satisfying. Open Sat and Sun only.

145 Garcia LnCertified Organic farmstand just 10 minutes away from us. Their produce is oh so fresh and oh so delicious. They sell other local goodies like maple syrup, bread, coffee, jams etc. Never too crowded, always so satisfying. Open Sat and Sun only.

This farmstand is usually more crowded than others and we are not sure whether their produce is truly organic but they carry a large variety of fruits and vegetables and their location makes it a good option if you want to bring things back home being that they’re on the way to the throughway.

Love this farmstand for they carry baked goods besides fruit and veg. Delicious pies, bread, cider donuts, eggs and dairy products. A beautiful drive along rt 9 (with many other farm stands along the way) but also is a great option if you're taking Taconic parkway.

The smell of smoked meat is overwhelming even before you walk into the door. These guys have anything you can possibly imagine. Not sure what to get? Chat with the butcher, he will point you in the right direction! Smoked meats as well as raw. This spot is our go-to for BBQ nights
We usually do a stop here on our way up because it's a bit further from the house. If you want something closer check out the Alpine Pork Store (call for hours)
