The restaurant called “ Stellas station” . Not expensive with impressive outdoor dinning ( for summer ) . Not expensive , fresh food. Pretty tasty . Ice cream place is right next door. Parking is in the back of the restaurant.

If you have kids and need a play ground you go there . The playground in the shade and has some swings , some staff foe kids to run around. Some people take tan and swim at the river. Also, there are public grills available right at the bank

874 N Lake RdThis is a very good and short trail. Good for kids as well. You can put this address 103 Laurel House Road, Palenville NY park and take a trail from there. There are 2 points lower and mid point. At mid point people are swimming . The water is cold but it’s up to you ;)

Saugerties Lighthouse
168 Lighthouse DrThere are 2 options for zip lines…. The mid mountain coat less, it has 6 zips all together. It takes around 3 hours. Kids 10 years old and up . Zips are much smaller for it’s more for families.
The other option cost $139, 3 hours long, has 5 zips and the shaky bridge included is for a little more adventurous people. It’s only 30 mins driving from the house a very cool option
