This national park is one of my favourite spots; located just 1.8 miles east, it has trails for bikes, skating, jogging and more. There are picnic areas to go during day and camping zones if you want to stay out in the woods. You can sign up for paddle-boarding, kayaking or just snorkeling activities as the basin is even visited by manatees and turtles.
If you are just planning a visit to the beach, they also have great flat parking rates.

Hugh Taylor Birch State Park

This has been rated as the BEST THRIFT STORE in Florida and have rooms and rooms full of memorabilia and vintage collectibles from chairs and garden statues to ancient maps, crystals and even clothes! make sure you have a few hours to spend looking as you never know what you can find inside!
One of the best beaches in all US! Less than 2 miles from your Suite, you can easily do the ~20-minutes walk, drive or just take a $5 Uber there! There are plenty of options for maritime sports (Kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, etc.) and even fishing or diving!

Las Olas is a vibrant neighbourhood just a few minutes South of Oasis Suite. On Las Olas Boulevard you will find a multitude of art galleries, eclectic boutiques, and dining options that range from Cuban-American cuisine to fresh seafood caught in the Atlantic Ocean.
The boulevard ends on Las Olas beach and during weekends, you will find street art, expositions, flea markets and everything you can imagine during day, while there are multitude of restaurants and bars offering live music and almost every gastronomic options.
