Water Sports
Crystal Lake is right out your back door just a few steps across the street. There is a boat dock about a mile down the road you can drop your boat in. It is also a jet ski, canoe, kayak, float friendly lake. It's very deep in the middle but watch out for rocks on the shorelines. Stocked with trout & salmon for fishing.

Long Lake is FAMOUS and you can travel all the way down to Sebago Lake!!! There is a boat dock for Long Lake just a few miles down the road from the cabin. If you travel from Long Lake down to Brady Pond you can even dock and have some Pizza delivered to your boat.

Saco River floating! Get some rafts and go for a 2-3 hour float down the river. There are drop off and pick up spots all along the river. Pack a lunch, water, sunscreen, & bev's.

Hiking
About 1hr-1.25hrs from the cabin depending on the Mountain. Do your research, a lot of these mountains should only be hiked in optimum weather & by the experienced. Don't be the person who is like "blah blah blah I hiked a 20,000ft mountain in Colorado dude." and then you freeze to death on top of Mount Washington. Watch the weather and be safe.
