Food / Things to DO

NWA is fortunate to have many great eating establishments. Of course not knowing anyone's budget or types of food you like I am listing several that I am fond of. I am sure most of these will have their menus on line. If you want to stay close to the Airbnb, then downtown Rogers has the following: Parkside Public which has a great line of burgers....I love the Elvis with peanut butter and banana, I know sounds gross but it is amazing. Hammontree's which is a local favorite that serves a spin on grilled cheese sandwiches. The Rail serves delicious pizza and if you have a sweet-tooth Kirby's Kupcakes on 2nd street is the place to go, and they were recently highlighted on the Food Network channel. Levi's has live music and is another local hang-out, Frisco's is a hot spot on the weekends, and if your group just can't decide then City Pump has several food trucks and they also have live music on occasions. If you are fortunate enough to be here on the second Thursday of the month you should check out Art on the Bricks. Downtown businesses host guest artists and musicians from across NWA and showcase their work. Many offer free food, drink and have door prizes. 1907, which I am so excited about, is home to Onyx Coffee Lab, Heirloom, and a bakery Doughgoods. How about giving a try at Axe throwing? Ozark Axe House is the place....great fun! It is located next door to Hawk Moth which is a local brewery and they are about a 7 minute walk from the Airbnb. Onyx Coffee Lab, Heirloom, a bakery, and other eateries that have not been announced. Also Ozark Beer company has specialty beers and is another fun local establishment. Java Dudes is another excellent coffee establishment and they service sandwiches as well. If you are able to venture into Bentonville (about 15 minute drive) I would totally recommend Table Mesa Bistro, Tusk & Trotter, Pressroom and Tavola Trattoria. When in Bentonville you have to go to Crystal Bridges, the admission is free and it is phenomenal . The Wal-Mart Museum (also located in Bentonville) is interesting and it too has free admission, which is always nice. Let me know if you have any other questions and I hope to see you soon!
