My favourite things to see in Tenerife
Tenerife is so much more than a sunny location. If you rent a car you can explore the island and see and do things you would not have expected.
The Teide is of course the eyecatcher. Rent a car and drive up the TF1 in the direction of los cristianos. Follow the signs and you will arrive in the national park in less than 45 minutes: highed : 2200 m. The Top of the Teide is 3700 m. With a cable lift you can go higher than 2200 m.
Extreme nice scenery. Can get cold up. Have some additional clothes with you. You can cross the national park and choose to return to Palm-Mar by taking the TF-24 (highly recommended)

3 C. La MarinaYou need to travel north. Follow tf1 in direction santa cruz.
Tenerife is breathtakingly beautiful once you move away from the crowded resorts. The Anaga Mountains are a particularly beautiful destination located on Tenerife’s northernmost tip, the Anaga Peninsula.
The Anaga Rural Park is filled with sights you’d swear were in the Amazon or the Andes if you didn’t know better. Anaga, Tenerife is home to some of the most beautiful hiking trails in Europe. So if you’re a keen hiker, this is one adventure you can’t afford to miss.
