The Capilano Suspension Bridge is a simple suspension bridge crossing the Capilano River in the District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The current bridge is 140 metres long and 70 metres above the river.

Grouse Mountain has it all! Amazing views, Fine dining or a quick bite, hiking, wild life, many look out spots and a gondola ride to the top!
If you choose to do the Grouse Grind, a famous trail from the parking lot to the top of the mountain, come prepared with water and appropriate foot wear. The tail is very steep and will take anywhere from an hour to two hours or more. This is not a casual hike and takes many people who are unfamiliar with the trail by surprise. Also, it should be noted that you are not supposed to descend the trail because of how steep it is and because it can get quite busy.
