There is a great public market here, as well as craft shops, galleries, baked goods, and street performers, all locally owned!
I recommend taking an "Aquabus" which leaves from the docks at False Creek (4 minute walk from the condo). It's about 6$ and by far the most efficient to get there. Not to mention the amazing view you will have being on the water on your way there!
