Hidden away on the Welsh coastline is the spectacular Blue Lagoon in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Located on the site of the abandoned Abereiddy Quarry, it’s now a peaceful oasis that you can visit on the cliffside. Although it’s in a remote location and the drive to get here isn’t ideal, once you arrive you will be blown away by its sparkling azure waters! It’s a must visit if you’re in the St David’s peninsula and a highlight of any Welsh road trip.

Cycling around
Pembrokeshire is a cycle friendly area, with plenty of cycle lanes and advice for cars to leave at least a 1.5m gap between themselves and cyclists.
Staying at Caban Y Môr there are lots of places to get by cycling, most of these routes will be connected via main roads so helmets and safety gear are a must!

Boat Trips
If you are lucky enough to join us in the summer an absolute MUST is the boat trips accessible from St Justinian's (6.2 miles away),
We highly recommend the Ramsey Island Trip through Voyages of Discovery which is 1 hour long and takes you on a fantastic tour around the island where you can see seals, jellyfish, seabirds and the occasional puffin as well as the incredible rock formations and sea currents in the area - also suitable for children!
